As a first-time homebuyer, I had no clue where to begin. Susan was always extremely communicative, patient, and went above and beyond to get my questions answered. It never felt like I was annoying or rushing her, and she did not push us to feel like we had to put in an offer or consider things we didn't want to. She is very aware of the housing economy and what you want when it comes to looking for houses. She was always a text or phone call away, and she was very detailed and specific about what we needed to do going into closing. It didn't feel like she was just trying to get money out of us, but that she actually cared about us and our house. We were so lucky to work with her! Very thankful for her and everything that she has done for us as we bought our first house.
