Susan is such a wonderful person and to work with her was even better. She always had an answer to any question or issue that we had. She always made sure that we were always in the know and did not have to stress at all. Best of all, she has the brightest and warmest personality. You can not help but to enjoy her company and hang onto her every word. I will always be grateful to have worked with Susan!

My wife and I can't say enough positive things about Susan. Her knowledge and experience far exceeded our expectations. She made the distance selling of my mother's home as easy as possible. Whether is being her knowledge of the area, or simply being there to let carpet installers in when we couldn't be there, Susan was there for us. She priced the property competitively and did a great job marketing the home as we had numerous interested parties within the first 24 hours! The location of the home was on a busy corner, but that didn't deter Susan's interest and effort to get the home sold! We would use Susan 1000 times over and again! If we are ever in the market for a home in Lexington, we know who to call first!
Susan did a great job for me and was every helpful. She knows the market very well, gave great suggestions, communicated very well, and helped me in every step of the search and purchase process. I was looking for a farm and Susan took the extra step of enlisting an associate who knows farms in the area. I do not live in the area and did a lot of the property search and the purchase remotely. I was very comfortable completing this process with Susan because she is very detailed and organized.

She worked with our loan company and the sellers to make sure everything we needed was handled quickly and stress free. Susan and I connected after she responded to my post in a local Facebook group asking for suggestions on how to find the best realtor. Susan and a friend of mine, Sarah, both worked for the same real estate company and offered to team up to help us find the perfect house on a bit of a time crunch. We had an initial meeting where she walked us through the home buying process and answered the million questions we had as first time home buyers. We set up another meeting to go over what we were looking for and an hour later we were touring a house that we eventually had an accepted offer on 24 hours later! Susan and Sarah had spent the night researching comparable houses, walking us through the timeline, and explaining all the options to make a strong offer. Susan and Sarah were the A+ team but brought the ++ with of a great home inspector who was able to come out in less than 24 hours and a mortgage broker who were able to get us closed in 19 days from first touring the house. Susan was amazing at explaining the process, checking in with all parties, communicating, and on top of everything!
Y'all. Susan is truly the best! When we were selling our home, we had all the normal stress of moving and working full time just like many people do. In addition, we had some other important things come up that took us away from being able to focus on the home and getting things ready for the sale. Susan did so much for us! More than anything we could have expected from her as a realtor- helping clean up, keeping us in the loop, help finding the other people we needed (electrician/heat and air guy) and meeting folks for quotes and you just name it - she did all she could to help us and relieve our stress during the process. She honestly deserves all the best things in life. I get she is being paid and making a living as well, but I have bought and sold houses before and this woman right here was at our side - jumping ahead even, helping us out, and making things happen. I cannot sing her praises enough. If you work with her, it will be like working with the most honest, hard working, best friend you've ever had. Susan, we appreciate you more than you know!!
