After nearly 50 years of living in sunny Florida, the task of moving to wintery Illinois was very daunting. Sue made every step of the way a pure joy. From the first meeting to closing Sue was right there with us , guiding us along. Sue made the stress of such an important decision disappear .

Sue was pleasant and nice to deal with at every turn, but more importantly she listened and understood what we were looking for and was on the "same page" with us making the experience very productive in our limited time to house hunt. She went above and beyond to keep us apprised of listings during the entire 5 months between our first hunting trip to our second trip. She was also able to knowledgably cover a broad area from Tampa and southward, which was important to us as out-of-staters who weren't completely sure of the specific area we wanted to settle into during retirement. She was wonderful to deal with and we feel really lucky that we got to work with her during this process; we are now proud homeowners in southwest FL and couldn't be happier about that and with Sue and all she did to make this a reality.
