She has great contacts in the Santa Barbara area and that came in handy as things came up at the last second - like a quick contractor estimate on repair work. She worked closely with everyone - listing agent, title company, loan agent, etc. She kept us updated and in the communication loop - even when we had to travel out of state. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone that is looking at buying/selling property in the Santa Barbara area.
