Upon us selecting a brand new home, she insisted on being at each walkthrough with the contractors. Her being there she pointed out different things that we would have missed and ensured we received the highest quality craftsmanship right down to the last detail. Sue is a kind person who regularly goes beyond with her efforts. We are very satisfied and would recommend her to any home buyer whether it’s your first home or not!

We sold our home out of state very quickly and had to find our new home in Florida in a short timeframe. We contacted Sue Tye based on her excellent reviews, and she got back to us literally within 2 minutes. We made a quick weekend trip to Florida to find a new place, and Sue made herself available to show us properties on our tight schedule. She was knowledgeable about the community we now live in, and she was very objective about the pros and cons of the two places we were most interested in. She always took time to answer questions we had about the sale, and took time to research a particular question with the title company. Throughout the process, she was an excellent communicator. At closing, a problem did develop with the terms of the contract being fulfilled by the seller, and, without going into details, Sue went the second mile to resolve the situation. Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay market, she is also an agent with a heart. We have been happy with our purchase here and full-heartedly recommend Sue for your real estate needs!

Sue is Amazing!!! She was right there with us through thick and thin. She was always reachable and was there for me to vent when needed and help me stay sane through the entire home buying experience. When we signed the contract, she did everything else, all the scheduling for all the inspections and just told us when it was scheduled, we didn't have to worry about anything and that was absolutely priceless. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and had great contacts!
