I had an initial interview with Steve. My wife was also present. I told Steve about my concerns. He then set up another interview with us, and he brought his coworker April with him. Steve took very detailed notes regarding the features of our house. Steve’s marketing skills were superb! He played up the good features of the house, and made a point to showcase them to perspective buyers. The house was listed on a Wednesday, and on Friday, we had an above asking price offer. Very shortly after that, we closed on the house. I would certainly recommend Steve to anyone wanting to sell their house. And even my wife agrees that Steve was a charm to work with. He is extremely detail oriented and goes out of his way to make certain that his clients are happy.
