We have been working with Steven Adams for about a year and a half. He has been extremely patient with us. When we were truly ready to actively house hunt, he sent us daily houses that were on the market. After looking at a few, he helped us narrow down what we wanted and the price point. He was very patient and helped us find the best place for us; even when we were not sure at first. The closing process was a little complicated but, in the end, it all worked out and we got a nice home. Steven also set us up with a great lawyer and mortgage company.

Steve did and excellent in finding a perfect condo. He was very professional. He would send me many condos in my price range. He found a newer condo built in 2022 in Crow Creek.

We were softly looking to purchase a home in Brunswick County for a while. When we decided the time was right we sawca few houses of interest on realtor.com and was randomly assigned Steve Adams to be our agent. We feel we got the luck of thecdraw with Steve. We were moving from another state and had lived in our home for over 37 yrs. (Very green when it came to real estate purchasing) Steve was very helpful and informative to us every step of the way. He explained the steps involved from offer, due diligence, contract signing, inspection, etc. He gave us recommendations for lawyer, mortgage, insurance, etc. He would make trips to house to find info for us and communicate with seller via their realtor. He always responded quickly to any requests. He was a pleasure to work with and we were happy to have met him.
