My husband and I expressed interest in 1956 Via Delle Arti over in Henderson, NV. Steve immediately made himself available to talk to us about it, and get things moving right away. Both my husband and I travel a lot, and Steve did an absolutely wonderful job representing us as the buyers for this property. He was super quick to get us the information we needed to get the process going, and stood strong as our representative when it came to "nudging" the process along on the finance end. He is extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable on which point (or which order of steps), we should be in throughout the process as payments were made, and information was recorded.
