Stan has a knowledge of the housing market that is far beyond any other realtor that I have worked with in the past. Other realtors that I have worked with just look at comp. sheets and take a guess what my house can sell for. Stan knows the market and guided me through a process to far exceed the comp. sheets and my expectations. He knows how to sell a home and how to maximize it's worth. Stan also provides an excellent brochure that showcases the property and that attracts buyers. It not only catches the buyer's attention but it encourages the buyer to want to buy the property. I am so pleased with Stan that I would recommend him to others and absolutely use Stan again for the nest time I sell my house.

Stan was very helpful and through his knowledge and experience we were able to sell our condo for the amount we wanted when all the other condos in the community were selling for much less.
