Stacy knew how to price my home to be competitive in my area. She was always there when having to deal with very difficult buyers and buyer's agent. If had to do all over again, I would still choose Stacy.

Open House was key and so was Networking.

Stacy is truly one of the best in Myrtle Beach. She listen and delivered, she is extremely responsive. Pleasant, got answers very quickly. She negotiated very well on our behalf. Stacy is very enthusiastic and loves her job which makes her so good at it. I highly recommend you use her and have the home of your dreams!

Stacy treated us like her good friends from the first time we met. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. We found our new home on the first day AND it was her recommendation. Throughout our wait for our closing, Stacy kept us informed on the status of our build. When I had an issue with a change in design, Stacy actually made an acceptable solution and 'donated' (out of her own pocket) towards making that happen for us. At closing she presented a beautiful personal gift for our new home. She is is good at this! We'd call her first if we ever decide to sell and if can talk family to join us in SC, she will get a call.
