Sonny Wright realizes that buying or selling a home, it is one of the biggest financial decisions that most of us will make. His goal is to make the homeownership and home selling process as smooth and stress free as possible. Licensed since 2007, Sonny has been recognized as top listing and selling agent with Coldwell Banker Platinum, and has earned The International Sterling Society Award, along with The Diamond and Presidential Award Honors. These awards are for top agents with Coldwell Banker agents nationally. As a retired firefighter, Wright participates in The Hero’s Home Advantage Program, a program that gives back to the first responders that serve our country and our community. He is also a Military and corporate relocation specialist. Known amongst his peers as one of the best short sale agents for his negotiation skills, Sonny knows the importance of communication, follow up, and diligence. “There is nothing short about this process. I spend hours on the phone with banks, attorneys, agents, and buyers and sellers. It takes a lot of time and patience, and dedication,” says Wright. He is also familiar with the home building process, since being a builder for 12 years. His understanding of the construction process, with timelines, walk throughs, inspections, selections, and what it takes from a vacant lot to a completed, finished home. Sonny is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors where he serves on several committees. Great Experience
