I cannot say enough good things about Sheila St. Germain and Michael St. Germain. My life was in limbo trying to find a home and also sell my home and property. I was watching home after home get sold while I was stuck waiting. Sheila always answered the phone anytime I called And helped me in every way possible to get the home that I ended up in which is my dream home!! I had never purchased a home before and Sheila and the St. Germain group were there and helped with everything I had a question with. I could not have imagined a better experience!

Sheila was absolutely wonderful and made the process of buying a home a breeze. She advocated for me when going back and forth with the seller's agent, and advised me when decisions needed to be made. I trusted her advice to the fullest because of her experience and expertise. She also already had a relationship with the seller's agent because of previous homes she's helped to buy/sell, which was helpful. In addition to being a great realtor, she is also just a very kind natured person and a pleasure to chat with. If you are buying or selling a home, she's your person!

Shelia was a wonderful agent. Said calm when i panicked. Very knowledgeable about everything, and looked into matters when she didn’t have the answer. I was worried my dream home would slip through my fingers as so many before us, and was proved wrong! She still is keeping up with me afterwards. Allison and Sheila are the most professional and helpful realtors we have ever worked with. They were patient, understanding, and very communicative from our first interaction.
