She went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect of the buying process. When a problem arose with the builders she sat with us and made sure we would be prepared by helping review the contract and making sure we had our basis covered! She was always proactive on details that as buyers could be overwhelming and overlooked. She was there to remind us of even the smallest details. Even during the walk through of our house she was taking notes to make sure that we could focus on what the superintendent was saying. It was a relief to have someone on our side!
