After the open house, several good offers were made and the final closing was made a few weeks later. Selling quickly meant that we could get on with packing to move without worrying about more house showings. Faith gave very helpful advice when asked but did not give unsolicited advice unless it was something we might not know to ask. Our phone calls were always returned as quickly as her schedule allowed.
