Vlad managed the sale of two of my properties this past year and has done an excellent job! I have to say that he really goes above and beyond. I was out of town during the week of the closing and we ran into an issue with bank requiring the water moisture content in the crawlspace to be lower. Vlad put on a full body suit and hooked up a dehumidifier in the crawlspace and vented out the area for a couple days to get the bank to accept the loan and close on the property. You will never find an agent willing to do that in order to close on the sale! You will not be disappointed!

David was a terrific agent. I was so happy that I selected him from the group of realtors that I interviewed. He was very knowledgeable about selling/buying a home and was able to explain the procedures in a way that I could understand. He assisted me in preparing my home for sale by introducing me to workmen and then being by my side as repairs were made.
