I cannot say enough good things about Sheila St. Germain and Michael St. Germain. My life was in limbo trying to find a home and also sell my home and property. I was watching home after home get sold while I was stuck waiting. Sheila always answered the phone anytime I called And helped me in every way possible to get the home that I ended up in which is my dream home!! I had never purchased a home before and Sheila and the St. Germain group were there and helped with everything I had a question with. I could not have imagined a better experience!

Sheila and her group were great! They were with me every step of the way in buying a new house. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Sheila, Michaela and her team at St. Germain Group were excellent to work with: found a great buyer in days and hung tough through the closing process deep in the attorney jungle. I'll definitely call on them again the next time I have a home for sale and want real pros to help sell it for me. Chuck McConkey, Reliance Homes
