She listened to what we wanted and understood how to guide us. she took time to show us houses when we were both off (evenings and weekends). She really understood the process and terms and helped us get through the entire process (offers, counteroffers, loan application, processing, underwriting, attorneys, and paperwork). She was very knowledgeable regarding neighborhoods, dating roofs and hvac systems, flooring, proper vs improper installations, county permits, and cost per square foot.
