Julia was respectful, honest, patient, and reliable. No matter the time or day she responded to our text and calls. She listened to what we wanted and understood how to guide us. she took time to show us houses when we were both off (evenings and weekends). She really understood the process and terms and helped us get through the entire process (offers, counteroffers, loan application, processing, underwriting, attorneys, and paperwork). She was very knowledgeable regarding neighborhoods, dating roofs and hvac systems, flooring, proper vs improper installations, county permits, and cost per square foot. Julia was friendly and never got frustrated with us even though she showed us about 30 houses in a short amount of time before we made a decision.
