I met Sheila and her amazing crew, in 2012, she was Moms realtor when she sold her home. In 2018 my Dad passed away so I called her to see if she could give a courtesy estimate of his home. Which she did for us without hesitation. We had renters for 6 years then decided to sell. I called her to set up an appointment to see the house and get a current appraisal, she met with me the next day. I had a lot of work to do to get it ready for sale. Sheila guided me through what I needed to do to get ready for listing without hesitation. Her amazing crew had it staged and ready for pictures in one day. We listed on a Friday, had 3 offers, 2 more offers on Saturday and accepted an offer that night. We sold the property as is, cash preferably or conventional. We closed 16 days later.
