I met Sheila and her amazing crew, in 2012, she was Moms realtor when she sold her home. In 2018 my Dad passed away so I called her to see if she could give a courtesy estimate of his home. Which she did for us without hesitation. We had renters for 6 years then decided to sell. I called her to set up an appointment to see the house and get a current appraisal, she met with me the next day. I had a lot of work to do to get it ready for sale. Sheila and her team were amazing! I had mistakenly tried to sell our place on my own but after three nerve wracking weeks, I realized that I simply didn’t have the fortitude to do so. So I pulled the house off the market and decided I needed to work with a professional. And what a good decision that was! I interviewed several agents, but Sheila immediately stood out.
