When we listed, we had to decide price. Sheela advised something modestly lower than where my head was at. Always tough to second guess a broker. But rather than resist, she embraced my price, saying "I can make that work." Good on her for exhibiting such a positive attitude. Once listed, we received three offers. When the one we chose to go with started pushing back on some minor items, Sheela gently reminded the buyer's agent that we had multiple competing and attractive offers. She handled this situation very diplomatically, never abrasive. Which is what i love about Sheela. She gets the job done, but with a grace and politeness that is amazing. In the end, we stuck to the original offer and she got the deal closed. During the process, she rolled up her sleeves, handled the details professionally, and brought it home. What more could one ask of a selling agent? She walks on water, Sheela does!

I unreservedly say that Sheela is the best Realtor I have ever worked with, and believe her to be outstanding in her role. While there are many things I can point to, here are three I would call out that a prospective client will appreciate: • Vision – At the start of the process, Sheela painted a vision of what the house should look like, and the steps (and investments) needed to best position the house for sale. As I reflect back now on the conversation we had, everything played out exactly as she planned for. • Project Management – The property we sold was “dated” to put it kindly--It needed a tremendous amount of work, and being out of town, Sheela stepped in and managed many providers (roofers, junk haulers, carpeters, painters, gardeners, cleaners, stagers, etc). Sheela both sourced several providers, managed estimates and negotiated better prices for us. She managed all these details with grace, especially given the context of the banter between my Co-Trustee and myself. • Communication – Sheela is an amazing communicator. As mentioned above, there were an incredible number of moving parts that she seamlessly orchestrated and we never once had to chase her on the status of one of the workstreams. We received many clear and concise updates, as well as a “Monday” status report which helped us understand the status and what to expect next. This built and maintained confidence for us at every step at the process despite our being located several states away. With both her strong "what" and "how" in not only was a pleasant experience, we had an amazing outcome - a sales price we could never envision even we high expectations at the start.

Very attentive to my needs, quickly and efficiently lined up a number of candidates, and within days we had reviewed 10 properties. I gave her a budget for one of them, and gave her the discretion to negotiate the final price. She proved worthy of my trust, and as the person on the front lines, made a great deal on my behalf, without using up the budget. Well done Sheela!

Sheela is awesome -- knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, dependable, friendly, sensitive to the feelings and reactions of all parties, and anticipatory of potential problems well before they can get out of hand.
