Sharon King listened to our desires, knew the available homes that met our criterion and was "on the ready" to show them to us. We so appreciated her professional knowledge, expertise and understanding of the market in this area. She was informative, honest and did not push us in any way. She knew about the homes she presented and the areas of location, amenities avvailable and what work, if any, would be necessary to fit our needs/desires. Have never been so well treated with kindness, truthfulness and information. If she could not answer our questions, which was rare as she does her homework, she looked into it and found the answer for us. It was clear she was working for us and that we so appreciated. We've had past experiences with realtors in different areas of the country that were not forthcoming so it is incredibly refreshing to work with her. Her quiet friendly manner, kind honesty, easy smile and professionalism we found to be such a pleasure to work with. She came to the closing with us which was so kind of her..she did not have to do that. She goes the extra mile for her clients and we are very grateful to her for finding the home of our dreams in our retirement. She listened to us and we felt we were heard and she delivered exactly what we desired. So grateful to this dear soul.
