We’ve very much enjoyed working with Rob. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. He’s very knowledgeable and generous with his extensive expertise on the rehabilitation of historic homes. He and his wife understand the importance of relationships and trust. Highly recommend Exit - with Rob and Shannon at the helm, any one of their agents would be great to work with!
Rob and Shannon have helped us and our family buy or sell our houses 4 times in the last 3 years, as well as shown us multiple houses over that time that we were interested in. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They prioritize relationships and are always willing to discuss any concerns. I look forward to continuing our partnership for our future real estate needs!
We worked with Shannon on the purchase of our home in Irondale. She was EXTREMELY responsive and quick to all our requests and made the process super easy! We will certainly use her and Exit Realty for all our future needs.
Shannon has sold TWO properties for me in the last year and I could not be happier with her professionalism and service.
