Once the house was listed, Shannon communicated with us regularly about showings and feedback. She was able to negotiate a full price offer for us shortly after our listing went active. Throughout the contract process, Shannon seamlessly navigated through all of the many steps necessary to get to closing. How much time do we have?Shannon is first and foremost a professional in every aspect of her job. Her timeliness to high-priority items is impeccable and she always puts her clients first. When stressful times and questions arise during the timeframe between accepting an offer and close, she’s there to ensure that you’re armed with the proper details in order to make an informed decision. I’m not sure if I could have asked for a better realtor who turned friend during this entire process. She’s incredible and she’d work just as hard for anyone else.

I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough! I’ve worked with plenty of realtors over the years and Shannon was by far the best of all. Her knowledge of the market, quick and efficient responses to our questions, access to resources, and overall professionalism is second to none. In our case, we hired Shannon to sell our home. She and her husband had just flipped a house up the street and sold it for well over the comps in the neighborhood. We had hoped she could do the same for us and she easily did by securing offers well above asking price within 48 hours after the home hit the market. On the day before the close, a massive thunderstorm came through and our home developed a leak in the bathroom. We were terrified this would cause a delay in the close. But thanks to Shannon’s access to resources and quick response, the situation was fixed by a roofer by the end of the day, and we made it through the close no problem at all.
