Her knowledge of the market, quick and efficient responses to our questions, access to resources, and overall professionalism is second to none. In our case, we hired Shannon to sell our home. She and her husband had just flipped a house up the street and sold it for well over the comps in the neighborhood. We had hoped she could do the same for us and she easily did by securing offers well above asking price within 48 hours after the home hit the market. On the day before the close, a massive thunderstorm came through and our home developed a leak in the bathroom. We were terrified this would cause a delay in the close. But thanks to Shannon’s access to resources and quick response, the situation was fixed by a roofer by the end of the day, and we made it through the close no problem at all.
