Shane Cook

Shane Cook was quick to respond to my many, many, many questions no matter how trivial. He was patient with me on all the questions and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend Shane Cook for any realty needs.

Shane Cook is great. He was able to work with us long distance to understand our needs and make the most of our time when in the Phoenix area. His expertise was invaluable as we looked at various areas. He provided amazing guidance as we evaluated properties and locations in the East Valley. Happy that we found our first home in the area with Shane.

Shane Cook did such an amazing job finding us our first home, in such a crazy market. Since we were living out of state at the time, we only had a few weekends to look for houses in person. He was very good at setting up a schedule based on the houses we sent him, and at answering any of our questions. He quickly learned what we liked and wanted, and was able to send us listings based on that. Shane was kind, personable, and professional. He knows the market well, he has assets to use, and knows when to use them. My wife and I are definitely lucky to have had the pleasure of working with him, and will absolutely use him again in the future.

I have a positive outcome with Shane Cook as my realtor. He came highly recommended and had all the knowledge and expertise needed in a challenging market. As a result, I'm in the perfect home for me and couldn't be happier.

Shane was there for everything we needed and walked us through the entire process. He has a great understanding of the market and about home construction so he was able to answer several questions for us that other realtors may not have known. He made time for the several showings we needed and we always felt like valued clients.

Shane knows what he’s doing, knew what we wanted, and got it done. No problems.
