Shane was a duel agent for this transaction in which case we were the buyer. I feel that Shane did a great job in representing the interests of parties. Shane also went out of his way to help clear an issue with the lenders appraisal. This was important as I was more than 5 hours away from the location. Post sale Shane was also extremely helpful in providing referrals to local contractors he had direct knowledge of. I would certainly work with Shane again should the need arise.

And yes… I may be slightly biased because he’s also my husband 😂 but honestly, watching him work through this process just made me even more proud of him. My wife and I were interested in a cabin about 3 hours from our primary residence so it was difficult to navigate that distance for certain things during the buying process. Shane was very helpful in driving to the property several times to help us out and put us in touch with all the right people in that area for inspections, septic, water, etc. Shane was helpful through the whole process and even offered to facetime us to do the final walk through to save us the drive.
