Prior to listing our home, Maureen met with us to inform us of the whole process. She brought other realtors from her office to ask for advice, and to gauge current listing experiences from all of them and how our home would compare. After consultation and collaboration, we listed our home and it sold for the asking price in one day. But most of all it was her 40 plus years of experience and the personality that she expressed over and over with each listing that she walked me threw!! Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He has a great eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to help me get a house.
