Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He has a great eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to help me get a house. His experience in real estate shows through his relationships with other agents, loan officers and real estate attorneys. He was able to work with everyone else involved to get the house closed quickly and as stress free as possible. While looking for houses he made time to see them as quickly as possible as well as submitting offers quickly. He did research and asked all the right questions before looking at a potential house to ensure there would be no surprises. It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. As a first time homebuyer I didnt know what I was doing but Phil helped through every step and was insightful and thoughtful throughout the process. I have worked with other agents before Phil and no one had the integrity or determination that Phil has. He follows through on his word and works hard to make sure that not only do you get what you're looking for, but also that you are happy with what you're buying
