Went above and beyond the normal role of responsibilities of a realtor to facilitate the sale of my house. Clearly new the market.

Phillip Eckel did an outstanding job helping us sell our property in The Hideout community in Lake Ariel. He was professional, honest, and truly focused on getting the best value for our home. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and Phil kept us updated every step of the way. Phil is genuine, honest, and highly ethical, qualities that gave us complete confidence in his guidance and advice. He has a calm demeanor and explains everything clearly and simply, which made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Greg was very responsible and knowledgeable. He helped throughout the process and was very detailed. Would highly recommend working with Greg!!

Greg stays in constant communication and is helpful throughout the process. He goes above and beyond helping to sell your property. Thank you!!

I've relocated to the area from out of state and enjoyed working with Greg Pollock on my home purchase. I now consider him a friend. He is invested in the area, with a strong sense of community and knows it well. My purchase had some challenging aspects that delayed the sale and added unforeseen complexities. Throughout the process's Greg showed that he is professional, a good listener, knowledgeable, and has personal integrity. I'm going to enjoy my new home purchase for many years and thank Greg for guiding me through to the closing table.
