Ava Angeloni

Working with Ava was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was always readily available to answer our questions, and we appreciated her honesty every step of the way—there was never any sugarcoating, just straightforward advice we could trust. Despite being early in her career, Ava is clearly a quick learner. She guided us in making an offer that was both competitive and within our comfort level, and we never felt pressured into decisions we weren't comfortable making. On top of her professionalism, Ava’s friendliness and great sense of humor made what can be a stressful process much more enjoyable. We truly felt like she was in our corner and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

From one Tiktok video to the closing table, Ava was everything we needed in a realtor and more. She is communicative, understanding, and driven to provide for her clients. As a first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were nervous and had what felt like an endless list of questions. Ava made us feel more informed and understood at every moment. She was always available to take our questions or show us a home at the last minute! We would not be in the home we are in today without her, or her team! It feels like we got everything all in one with her- she has all the contacts and pull you need. We couldn't recommend her enough, and when we're ready to move into a new home we absolutely will be calling her again.

Ava is wonderful to work with. She will tell you not only what you may need to be aware of for inspections or your loan process but also knows the area. It was nice to ask about houses that we might consider and know that if she had any concerns she would be upfront about them. She isn't there just to sell a house, she is watching out for you as well. She knows the areas well and was always responsive and reassuring through the process. While we hope to be in our new home for a while, I know it isn't our final home and will certainly be reaching out to Ava when the time comes to move on to find another home.

She was so knowledgeable about the market in the area, and really made sure to take our timeline seriously. It felt like from the first time we saw the home we chose, up to the closing, we had her support for a seamless and low stress experience. We would choose Ava again and again!

We've lived in New York State for the last ten years and were looking to move back to Pennsylvania, and Ava showed us everything from country-living in Susquehanna County to right in town in Clarks Summit, and everything in between. Her personal knowledge of the area is superb, she knows quite a few of the businesses nearby and even was friends with the neighbors where we ended up! She found us the PERFECT house that wasn't even on our list. We cannot recommend her enough!

Ava was a tremendous help and made a major impact on my first home purchase experience. Everything from the listings, showings, social media, to picking the right mortgage co and lawyer made this process go hasslefree. She was very knowledgeable in the real-estate world in what we had to do for the best chance at getting my house. Everything I did not know what explained to me with ease.
