Ava is wonderful to work with. She will tell you not only what you may need to be aware of for inspections or your loan process but also knows the area. It was nice to ask about houses that we might consider and know that if she had any concerns she would be upfront about them. She isn't there just to sell a house, she is watching out for you as well. She knows the areas well and was always responsive and reassuring through the process. While we hope to be in our new home for a while, I know it isn't our final home and will certainly be reaching out to Ava when the time comes to move on to find another home.
