Luann was an amazing agent. She assisted both me and my mother who was mostly out of state with purchasing a home. She was very informative and patient with all our questions and concerns which is very much appreciated. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience since there are so many issues that can occur during the buying process. LuAnn did an incredible job selling our home in Rancho Cordova. LuAnn helped us arrange for a new roof, granite countertops and helped us stage the house so that it was very attractive. All along the way, she contacted me about what was needed to get the place ready for sale, what needed to be done, who would need to be contacted to get the work done and made arrangements to get it done including the title company, the right buyer etc. She did some market comparisons and talked about the current market conditions and provided some options on where to price the home--"realistic" thru "hopeful" prices. We went for the "hopeful" and that's where it sold at and to a family that fit the neighborhood.
