Luann was an amazing agent. She assisted both me and my mother who was mostly out of state with purchasing a home. She was very informative and patient with all our questions and concerns which is very much appreciated. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience since there are so many issues that can occur during the buying process. Her assistant Rodrigo was helpful in showing multiple houses which were listed for sale and would even comment on anything he may notice about the house, which was very helpful. LuAnn did an incredible job selling our home in Rancho Cordova. LuAnn helped us arrange for a new roof, granite countertops and helped us stage the house so that it was very attractive. We had a number of difficult issues come up during the sale which Luann handled with aplomb. We got multiple above listing offers due to LuAnn's great marketing. Luann has our highest recommendation.

Since I live out of the area, I was in the dark about the what, how and how much to sell my mother's home and who to contact. My trust attorney made the recommendation to check with LuAnn Shikasho. So after meeting and talking with LuAnn, that answered the who question. The rest was efficiently and professionally handled by LuAnn. All along the way, she contacted me about what was needed to get the place ready for sale, what needed to be done, who would need to be contacted to get the work done and made arrangements to get it done including the title company, the right buyer etc. She did some market comparisons and talked about the current market conditions and provided some options on where to price the home--"realistic" thru "hopeful" prices. We went for the "hopeful" and that's where it sold at and to a family that fit the neighborhood. So if you are looking for a realtor, check with her and judge for yourself whether my title for this review is on target. I think that the highest compliment one can give a person is to highly recommend them to someone or to indicate that you would use them in a future opportunity. I can say yes to both for LuAnn.

Selling a house remotely can be a tricky business, so we were understandably nervous when we decided to put our Elk Grove house on the market. LuAnn made the process smooth and enjoyable. We live in Bay Area and obviously preferred not to travel back and forth all the time. Fortunately, LuAnn and her team were on top of everything so that we didn’t have to hustle and scramble. LuAnn is super easy to work with. She is a straight shooter (trust me, you need one to handle one of your biggest investments), yet she is kind and considerate. She never sold any rosy picture or empty promise, but when it’s time to look at offers, she was firmly on our side and proven to be a fierce yet reasonable negotiator. In the end, we were very satisfied with the selling price and more importantly, the whole experience working with LuAnn and her team. We would highly recommend her for anyone who are in the market for a real estate agent in Sacramento area.
