LuAnn and her team are fantastic! She helped me sell my condo. We sold it for higher than I initially expected we would (and at list price!). Had showings every day before we entered escrow within a week of listing. We even got multiple offers during a time in the market when you’d be lucky to get just one offer after weeks of waiting.
