My husband and I were completely satisfied with listing our Elk Grove home with LuAnn. Her experience and connections made listing our home relatively easy. She has a reasonably priced home stager who did a nice job staging the home. LuAnn has an excellent handyman named Larry who installed new LVP flooring and fixed a damaged door. He did amazing work at a cheap price. LuAnn has a great assistant that managed getting us all necessary documents in a timely manner. The team LuAnn works with was just overall great. Although LuAnn is a busy lady, I never felt in the dark. She was responsive to all texts/calls/ emails in a timely manner. And ultimately her commission rate was more than reasonable based on her experience while other listing agents with less experience asked for a higher commission rate. Of course prior to entering a contract with her, we made sure she didn't already have too many active listings, which would have prevented her from providing us with her best work. I enjoyed working with LuAnn. She has a sweet personality. Very understanding, and sympathetic to the stress involved in selling a home when things don't go as planned. It ultimately was a long road, two months, with two potential buyers backing out and additional unforseen work needed even after the home got listed!! However, in the end, we got top dollar for our home. I highly recommend LuAnn for listing your home!!
