So I wanted to take some time from furiously packing, to write this review and say a public thank you to Sergio. When we started this process as 1st time home buyers, we knew what we wanted, but weren't sure we could afford it. For months Sergio was incredibly patient, he made suggestions along the way about places to look or things we might have to give up to make the dream a reality. But we never felt pushed and always felt that he had time for us and our requests either for disclosure packet, after disclosure packet, after disclosure packet or to see houses often at odd hours because of work and young kids in our house. There was a level of patience and understanding there at all times that made the process, feel a lot better than it probably should have. A month or so ago, we didn't offer on a house and had regrets. We asked Sergio to follow up with the listing agent and Sergio put the deal together through no shortage of persistence and determination. Again, when we ran into issues in what was a very short escrow, he was as calm as possible. No drama, no pressure, just a keen understanding of what we needed to get done and the ability to do just that. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want a calming presence as part of your home search, while at the same time, a Realtor who is ready to get the deal across the finish line when the time comes, he's an outstanding choice and one of the best choices we made during this entire process.

I recently closed on my first home with Sergio's help and I can't recommend him highly enough. This can be such an intimidating process but Sergio's patience, honesty, and attention to detail made it easier. No text or email ever went unanswered, and he went above and beyond smoothing out the inevitable speed bumps, even those that popped up at the end of the day (which they always seemed to do). Sergio pulled dozens and dozens of disclosures and wrote at least ten offers for me in 6+ months; and even though I was using a few different first time homebuyer programs that required probably more paperwork than the average offer, his enthusiasm and quality of follow-up never flagged. Sergio was the best, he took time out of his day to continously answer our questions as well as worked with us dilligently to help us find our forever home. He never pressured me and my wife in any way and was always there every step of the time. I would not have asked for anyone better. By far the best experience we had.
