I have bought and sold other properties over the years but have never encountered a Realtor like Scott Richards. There isn't a subject about real estate this man does not have considerable expertise about, from different markets to plumbing, well, roofing, kitchens, flooring, etc. He is simply a wellspring of knowledge and always gracious, happy to answer any question you care to throw at him. After an extensive search for the best home for our budget, Scott advised us on how to best approach the purchase and turned out to be correct again! Scott, is not only knowledgeable about this area of North Carolina, he has a great knowledgeable of the construction of the homes. The different types of heating, roofing, plants and animals, that are unique to North Carolina. He responds immediately to every phone call and text.
