Our family cannot express enough gratitude toward Jake, a simple "thank you" will never suffice. From our first meeting, Jake was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and our price range, reassuring us that the perfect property for our family would come along. Jake arrived at each showing fully prepared with all the necessary information to guide us through every step. He is well-informed about the changing market and provides factual insights, avoiding misleading information or false hope from both the buyer's and seller's perspectives. Whenever a challenge arose with a potential home, Jake was proactive in offering clear advice, presenting options for how to proceed, and providing a large database of resources or subcontractors to address any issues. Throughout the entire process, he consistently prioritized our best interests, and we cannot imagine having gone through this experience with anyone else as our realtor. We wholeheartedly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his clients make him an exceptional realtor. Thank you, Jake, for helping us find our perfect home!

Andrea knows WNC very well, both in the area and the value of homes. She was proactive in sending us homes we thought we may like, communicated quickly and was always available. We closed on time, Andrea stayed at the house while our appraisal was getting done since we were out of town, and helped us negotiate seller concessions. She made our purchase an easy transaction and is well equipped to buy or sell homes. I really liked that she had both realtor and construction experience. That combination and her personality is a home run!
