Andrea knows WNC very well, both in the area and the value of homes. She was proactive in sending us homes we thought we may like, communicated quickly and was always available. We closed on time, Andrea stayed at the house while our appraisal was getting done since we were out of town, and helped us negotiate seller concessions. She made our purchase an easy transaction and is well equipped to buy or sell homes. I really liked that she had both realtor and construction experience. That combination and her personality is a home run!
