I was a little nervous at this point but Scott really helped me navigate the situation. Once we put home back on the market Scott was able to get it sold again in less than 7 days again for $5000 MORE than the original over-full price offer we received! Scott truly made the entire process so easy…and handled everything for me…that me kept telling me to let him handle it for me…and he did! (Again, way over and above with service I have never received from a Realtor) I was so happy with the process of doing an out of state sale with Scott. The level of service he provided can’t be matched. If you are in the market for selling or buying a home in FL you will want to go with Scott! He is an amazing person and does such a wonderful job. Scott is a real All Star when it comes to providing full service to his clients. I did business with Scott 20 years ago when he sold my home. I was relocated and when we wanted to buy an investment home I looked him up as he was still servicing the Orlando market. I have to tell you he never disappointed us.
