We had a piece of vacant land that did not even have a road to it; Scott helped us figure out what it was worth and we hired him to put it on the market. He did really really great marketing everywhere, with good wording about it, and the pictures were amazing considering it was just trees. He sold my Land for WAY over Full Price in less than 10 Days to an all-CASH buyer with an easy easy closing. We loved his service, and you would too we will use him again for sure!

I worked with both Scott and Wes Garrison to sell my mobile home in Casselberry I live out of state and had it rented and the tenants trashed it so bad the City of Casselberry was all over me.
