What first impressed me about Scott was his extremely high energy level, his blatant honesty, and his knowledge about our area and the current market, although, during our sale process, it was his marketing expertise that blew us away. While other agents we had interviewed complimented us on our home, the cleanliness, the decor, etc., Scott seemingly turned a blind eye (to my husband's chagrin) to the hard work and all of the "extras" that were included in our property. He examined the property with a critical eye, and told us specifically what would help sell it, and where we should invest a bit of cash in order to get the results we were after. I was fortunate enough to get Wes Garrison as a realtor. I am a first time home buyer so had no idea what I was doing. What I did know: I needed to find a home and I was ready to stop renting. On Zillow I requested to view a home in the area where I was looking. Wes was the realtor that came to show that house. While the first house I viewed ended up not being what I was looking for, Wes asked about the price range and the needs I had for the new home. He took this information and beginning that night I started getting a regular email with all listing that fit the criteria discussed in the neighborhoods we talked about. Scott is great, fifth time I have worked with him. Learned a lot of subtle things about curb appeal from him. Using consistent lighting inside the house, cleaning the fascia boards on the exterior before listing, etc. I would definitely recommend Scott to buyer or seller.
