Scott was AMAZING and I could not have gone through the process without him. This was my first time buying a house and he was so helpful at pointing out things to look for in a home and location that I would not have even considered. He clearly has extensive of knowledge on everything from zoning all the way to the proper electrical box you will need for your home. Scott was very knowledgeable about the area. I started with a certain idea to buy a property and then either do a scrape or sell the land and he found perfect spots for that idea. We did not wind up getting those, as Scott informed me that the ocerall value was not the best it could be, and a day later he sent me an advertisement for another property which was a new build and I immediately was hooked. The property is perfect for what I am trying to accomplish and I never would have found it if it was not for Scott. He is always searching and thinking for the best overall property value. My favorite part about working with him is that he was always calm about the situation. I get fairly riled up pretty easily and Scott's calm tone and demeanor was very comforting to me
