My husband and I were hoping to buy a home for my mother in Florida. Because we live in Boston, we were feeling anxious about the process as most of it would happen remotely. Sarahi came highly recommended, which made us feel more at ease, but I could have never imagined she would make the process as flawless and seamless as she did. First, she communicated with us throughout the whole process, including after business hours and was always available to jump on a call, or answer questions via email or text. Second, she was very knowledgeable and well connected. She helped us find insurance for the new home and requested to meet with our lender early during the process to make sure we were getting the best deal possible in terms of buyer concessions. Third, she negotiated with the sellers on our behalf and got us an amazing deal. She was our point person for everything - any question we had she had all the answers or connected us to the right person. Four, she is bilingual, which really helped keep my mother - who speaks only Spanish- in the loop. Sarahi made my mother feel comfortable and they could go see properties together without needing me or my husband to translate. And five, when there were moments of uncertainty - for example when the seller wouldn’t respond to our offer- Sarahi was always able to instill a sense of security and calm with her knowledge and her poise. This is the second time my husband and I have gone through the home buying process- the first in Boston. And Sarahi blew us away and made the experience smoother and more pleasant than our first time. Her attention to detail, superb organizational skills, expert knowledge of the market, and beautiful warmth and charisma made the whole experience unforgettable. My mom was especially moved by the gift basket she received at closing, which was yet another way in which Sarahi surprised us. I cannot recommend her more highly.
