Sante set us up for success from day 1! He setup an alert for properties, recommended an excellent loan officer and was available to show houses whenever asked. He is extremely responsive and is on top of things always! He guided us through the process and guided us on how to write an offer that beats the competition. In this extremely competitive market, we were able to buy a home of our dreams in a very short period of time. I am extremely happy and would definitely work with him again in the future! We worked with Sante for almost 8 months until we finally landed our first home, which we suspect will be our forever home. Let me start by saying that we truly love our home and it would not have been possible without Sante. He is the most responsive/available person I have ever worked with in any field (this is saying something), and he was always there to help us along the way with answering questions regarding the home purchasing process or finding the right people who could answer our questions. He had an excellent rapport with local realtors (which means a lot these days) and was skillful in guiding us toward the right offer prices and offers overall on the homes we liked. He truly treated us like we were his family (in many ways he still feels like a member of the family) and he went out of his way to get us into the home we are living in now. Like I said, for >8 months he patiently worked with us on multiple offers until we finally landed the home we had always dreamed of. Sante is generally hands off when it comes to going through inspection reports and providing direct yes or no guidance when it comes to deciding whether or not we like a home, but whenever we asked something of him that we found in inspection reports or about the homes we were looking at he was tremendously helpful and would work hard to provide us with the answers to questions we were looking for. As first time home buyers, at times we felt a little lost with the hands off approach, but then realized that all we had to do was ask the questions of Sante to get all the answers we needed. Overall, I recommend Sante wholly and without reservation. He is in it to help his clients find the home of their dreams and not just for the biggest payday possible. It's this attitude that I suspect will bring him to the top of the real estate market soon.

If you want someone to have your back then Sante is your broker! He guided us ever step of the way to make sure we received top dollar for our home. He invested a ton of hours and energy to ensure we maximized our marketing and brought in a large amount of interested buyers. In addition, once we accepted an offer Sante made sure to follow up with the escrow company and even funded us earlier then the original closing date. It's rare that I come on Yelp to write a review but I highly value good service and Sante is one of those rare brokers who believes in doing the right thing and building a relationship instead of a quick sale. Needless to say when it's time to buy again we have our broker!
