Sandy Baker is probably the best agent to work with; before working with her, I worked with two different agents that couldn’t get my offer accepted. It was a terrible experience. In September of 2020 we started looking for a house in Georgia, at this time we were living in Florida wanting to relocate to an area much like where we grew up with different seasons, not just HOT. Sandy contacted us to see if she could help in anyway. At that time we were just looking. In the months to follow just about ever few weeks or so she would check in to see where we were in our decision & how my family was doing. That's when a relationship was developed. We were back & forth deciding if we should buy or rent. Sandy was there sending listing for both, but she was very persistent in helping us pick our first dream home. As luck would have it she continued to be an extreme help in researching & sending us beautiful pictures of homes. Finally we took the plunge & applied for a mortgage. As the months went on Sandy was there going to the homes for us, taking pictures, videos & making sure we did not get discouraged. On August 31, 2021 just about a year later went to closing on our first dream home. This is all due to Sandy's persistence & hard work with her ability, knowledge & beautiful heart that led us to own our home at 1513 Meadow Mist Ct. Loganville.
