Samantha made things happen for us! She found us our dream home!! As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect. Samantha helped us understand the market, found the perfect place, and worked hard to make sure our offer was competitive. Then she was with us every step of the way to closing. There’s no doubt we will come back to her in the future! I can’t recommend Samantha enough!!
Samantha is so wonderful to work with. She is professional, caring, and a great listener. She is a long time resident of Santa Barbara and knows the area well. I was very apprehensive of the whole condo-buying process, but she made it so easy. She answered my questions thoroughly and quickly and helped me think through my decisions. She really took great care of me.
Samantha Ireland has managed our rental properties for the last 4 years. She has also helped us with some possible real state investments. We have been extremely happy with all our dealings with her. She is very business like, efficient, and honest. We recommend her highly! Carleen and Eric Caldwell
