Ryan was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He always responded within a few minutes and was always reachable. Since I relocated and was not familiar with the area, I needed someone knowledgeable of the St. Pete area, which Ryan is. Ryan provided much needed information about the area which helped me narrow down my search. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always able to answer my questions. He made buying a property remotely go smoother than expected. I would highly recommend Ryan!

When my husband and began debating on selling our house, we were at a loss as to where to begin. Our daughter suggested talking to a former classmate who had become a realtor. She called Ryan and asked him to give us a call. We set up a time for Ryan to come see the house, do a walk thru and give us suggestions for getting the house ready to put on the market. Ryan was very knowledgeable as to what we needed to do. We had lived in our house for 29 years, and while the house was not upgraded, Ryan said it was well taken care of and he should have no trouble selling it. Ryan made the following suggestions: Repaint the entire inside, lay new flooring throughout the house and upgrading our 30+ year old bathtub. He explained it would take money up front to do the upgrades, but he knew we would make this money back once we sold the house. We had some obstacles along the way with major electrical upgrades, some plumbing upgrades and other repairs we had not counted on, but Ryan was there every step of the way. He answered every question, every email, every text and every phone call. He was so calm and positive throughout the entire process. We had numerous documents to sign and Ryan took the time to explain each and every one. We even called him for little pep talks as we we unsure we had made the right decision to sell. Once the house went on the market, Ryan worked diligently and within 3 days he called us with an offer that was $20,000 above our asking price. Ryan is a great realtor and we would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about selling a home.

Ryan Thompson is the best! I am still blown away by the entire experience! From start to finish, he was always there with the ANSWERS. In fact, he’s still there! Texting asking how the move went, sending us a gift card after closing, etc. Even when some unforeseen things happened and all seemed hopeless, there Ryan was with more options! We told him what we were comfortable with at the get go, and he never once tried to pressure us into something we weren’t comfortable with... he simply just came up with more ideas, culminating in us landing our first dream home. Not only do I consider Ryan an invaluable realtor, I now consider him a good friend! Top notch!

When we decided to buy a house, all we really knew was what we had read on the internet. We knew we needed a preapproval and a real estate agent. That's when we decided to ask Ryan to be our realtor! He accepted, and we sent him our preapproval letter, then it was off to the races! Ryan was so knowledgeable, and had every single answer for the entire process of purchasing a home. A few weeks later we had some houses we wanted to view... so, we sent them over to Ryan and we picked a date to view them! The DAY OF the scheduled viewings, a new listing popped up on Zillow, and we immediately contacted Ryan and he was able to get us in that same evening! Well, that ended up being our dream home, and it's the very home we ended up choosing! We put in an offer the day after viewing and over the course of a couple days we ended up in a bidding war with several other buyers!! Apparently; he writes a superb offer, because a few days later, they accepted! Making things happen... "small victories" we would call them. Throughout the process, there were the inevitable hiccups... Even when it got tough, he was always there with an idea or a way forward... we closed on our home 46 days after we viewed it. He really made our dreams come true with his willingness to fight for us and our dream home. We would recommend him to anyone and will def work with him again!

After evaluating both companies,we chose Berkshire Hathaway since we felt more comfortable with Ryan Thompson Ryan was very professional in his approach and made us extremely happy with his ability to negotiate with sellers Ryan was very thorough in giving us all the details on the all the properties we visited. He couldn't have been more helpful in that department I would recommend the agency to anyone who is moving to the state of Florida for the first time like we were.
