I first contacted Rose during the peak of the Corona- Virus pandemic, during those difficult time I had a tenant taking advantage of my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the situation was uncontrollable and had to wait patiently until the eviction was handled properly and finalized. Fast forward, I reached out to Rose again towards the end of April 2021 and we picked up from where we left off. Rose diligently and professionally explained the process of selling the townhouse. On May 01, 2021 the property was on the market; we received 2 strong offers and went into contract 2 weeks of listing the property with a Cash Buyer. We were able to close on the sale of our townhome about 2 months from when the tenant vacated the premises and despite all the issues with the HOA.
