Before we even signed the Buyer’s Agent Agreement with Robin, she went to great lengths to explain the process to us. She explained the details of how the transaction would go, as well as what she would provide to us along the way. Robin thought of everything. She went above and beyond to provide service that was unexpected. We were able to close sooner than expected because Robin made us aware, ahead of time, of the things that would be required from us. She also gave us information, gained through her experience as an agent, that ultimately led us to make decisions that saved money as well. Robin is fair and considerate. She thought of everyone who was involved in this real estate transaction. She took time to think of things from their perspective and proactively took steps to provide what was needed to keep the process on track and moving forward. Robin provided consistent follow-up with all players which kept the ball rolling. Robin provided contact information for service providers she has used in the past. We considered other providers, but we ended up selecting the ones she recommended. We were able to get all our inspections performed quicker and for less money than it would have cost with others. Robin kept us in the loop each step of the way. She is very aware of how stressful the buying process can be. She took many extra steps that helped to lessen the normal anxieties that can be experienced when buying a home. Robin even showed up for the inspections when I was not able to be there myself! She texted me several times that morning to let me know how things were going and some things I may want to be aware of. Again, above and beyond. We are so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Robin. She did an amazing job which we are extremely happy with. We love our new home and we are thankful she helped make this process as painless as possible. Thank you, Robin!

When my husband and I decided to move from Seattle to Asheville, we knew the transition would be tough.
